This is a two part investigation:
Part 1:
 Visual Inspection

Part 2: 
Wall board extraction sampling and Full Laboratory analysis
(includes laboratory multi-page report)

Sample substrate extractions from wall plate openings through-out the house is bagged and documented with chain of custody form; mailed next day delivery to Certified Independent Laboratory for analysis of Elemental Sulfur. 

Cost for a full inspection with substrate extraction and laboratory analysis is determined by square footage. Prices range from $395.00 (0.22 per sq.ft) for homes ranging in size from 1500 to 1800 sq.ft.  And (.027 per sq. ft.) for homes ranging in size up to 5500 sq. ft. 
 

The visual portion of the inspection includes: 

Opening  air handler checking evaporator copper coils
 
Opening electrical sockets throuhout home checking copper ground wires H2s reactive signs of blackening corrosion. 

Taking macro photographs of copper wiring.

We are often able to determine if a mixture of wall boards is present during our visual inspection.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Elemental Sulfur levels in samples of drywall found in the home exceeding 10 ppm or (mg/kg) are consideered to be  Reactive/problematic drywall.
