Judge Says Policy Doesn't Cover Chinese Drywall - Manufacturing.net

Recently, a Judge ruled against a home owner and in favor of his insurance company.  In his ruling, the judge determined that home owner's insurance with exclusions for pollution and faulty building materials is not responsible for covering damages associated with Chinese drywall.

This case is likely to have ramifications that extend far beyond the confines of this one case.
