While the Chinese drywall problem is relatively new, there has been ample time for the real estate industry to develop a disclosure relating to Chinese drywall.  What should be accelerating this issue is the fact that the ramifications of Chinese drywall are HUGE and very litigious. 

We are blessed to work with some of the best real estate agents in the country.  These agents are proactive and deliberately diligent.  Chinese drywall can be very obvious, or it can be silent.  A home can exhibit each and every one of the tell-tale signs, or it can appear to have no problems.  Agents should be sure to, at the very least, recommend testing on any home built between 2001 and 2008.
