How to Inspect for Reactive or imported drywall

Drywall testing requires specialized knowledge and training. Inspectors are trained on how to extract sufficient and relatively clean wall board substrate sufficient for laboratory analysis without creating damage to walls. Our extraction Protocol is unique. Along with actual wall board substrate we locate corroborating visual evidence of copper corrosion in the HVAC mechanical and electrical systems and document it with photographs.
