Part 1: Visual Inspection includes: 
  
Opening up of air handler(s) compartments to expose copper evaporator coil. Photograph copper evaporator tubing with focus on finding evidence of unsual blackening corrosion. Electrical socket junction boxes are opened in each room and socket wiring examined for signs of blackenining corrosion. Macro photos are taken to identifiy ground wire condition relative to discoloration from Hydrogen sulfide exposure. Photo's also indicate location of specific room and socket taken from. These tasks are performed in accordance with Consumer Product Safety Commission recommendations. 

You receive a Full text "Report of Findings" with our professional opinion plus photogaphs. All reports and photos are sent to you via email.
 
Part 2: All of the above Plus: Full Inspection with Laboratory anslysis of sample substrate extracted for content of Elemental Sulfur as perscribed by the CPSC. You receive a Certified Independent Laboratory "Report of Findings" for Elemental Sulfur.

Sample substrate is extracted using our proprietary protocol. We obtain sufficient substrate for laboratory analysis from each room in the structure. Substrate is contained and chain of custody document is completed. Sample is mailed next day delivery to Certified Independent Laboratory.
